This site presents the services of Textlark: SEO-focused copywriting and editorial content for small businesses. Its content is informational and is not a binding offer.

By sending an enquiry you ask us to prepare demo articles and a proposal. Scope, price and timeline are agreed separately in writing before any work starts. Prices shown on the site are indicative and may vary with the brief.

Rights to finished copy pass to the client on full payment for the relevant stage, unless agreed otherwise. We write original content and check it for uniqueness. We may show delivered work in our portfolio, except where the parties agreed confidentiality (NDA).

Rankings and traffic depend on many external factors (search-engine algorithms, competition, the client's own actions). We write high-quality, editor-checked content using white-hat methods, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings or traffic within a set timeframe.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
